The room is tidy with coffee, TV, and a kettle, the breakfast is satisfying, and the staff is attentive.

The hotel of choice in Manchester. A comfy hotel with decent employees from the 2 receptionists that were working when we arrived. Satisfactory breakfast and lots of goodies. Adequate standard queen room with the laundry, good TV, as for instance. Decent location to a scenic park. Based in a local area. A 27-minute ride to the airport.

The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was helpful, our room was warm and a good size with amenities like toiletries and a bathtub.

My standard queen room was cheap with central heating, a multi-channel TV and a writing table.

Varied breakfast options with a nice espresso machine 🍳. So much to choose from including fresh fruit. It was satisfactory and kept me satisfied.

Really upset, sheets were dirty and no one really helped with breakfast, had to keep asking.

The rooms are nice and modern, and they come with great facilities. The food is amazing – highly recommended! The service here is top-notch, and breakfast was satisfying. a good experience. 👌

The location was handy being so near to Manchester Evening News arena. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I would definitely book here again when visiting Manchester city centre.

Put in a smoking room we are non smokers and the room stank of smoke the bathroom was dated and had mould stains on the floor

Location, less than 10 mins by bus to manchester centre. rooms are quiet minimal external noise

Although it says it has a leisure club there is no pool, plenty of squash courts & small gym. Rooms are no where near up to scratch, v old, falling to bits and dirty. Bathroom v dated with shower only, no shelves or ledges to put anything on. Requested no smoking room but was given very smelly smoking room.When we returned to our room after midnight it was freezing, despite our radiater being broken we were told that the heating goes of at 11pm anyway. We were given a bus time table for a bus that doesn't go near the hotel. B'fast is very basic cereals,juice, toast and asked if you would like a cooked breakfast but not told what's on it.We were v disapointed with hotel.We informed hotel of our problems, just brushed of with no appology

The newly renovated units at this place come with three single beds, and the service here is excellent.

The hotel is clean and gorgeous. The staff were very polite.The ambiance is comfortable.They have lots of meals to choose from and the food is reasonably priced.
